They seem to be all the rage in the higher stakes games these days...anyone here grind these midstakes 30BB games for a living? Just curious how tough/soft they are, variance, etc blah blah. Thanks.

Cap is glorified short stacking. If there were 20BB cap games, the shortstackers would be all over it - no more need to squirrel.

Shortstackers make money from full stacks playing other full stacks and jamming it in at the right times, not from other short stackers am I right?
