I think bet/fold is a fine line OTR. Get called by plenty of worse hands. TBH, in play, I may even have trouble folding given the villain stats. At 30/7 with an AF of 2.3 (small sample), most of his aggression is happening post flop so far. Not sure if that should be taken that he tries to bluff a lot to take things down (his bet size OTR has me leaning towards that), or it's just a result of sample size and he's hit some hands post flop.
