I really have some troubles with AA, lost a big pot earlier which kind of stuck in my head and made me fold here..
I guess turn should be a raise?
Would you fold or call OTR when everything gets there..?

would play the same, turn raise does not accomplish anything

    reads on villain?

I think I'd play it the same during play. I think there might be some merit to clicking it back on the turn though, too.

Why not reraise turn and attempt to put villain off his flush draw?

    a) Not a good reason to bet generally
    b) It's not likely he plays a lot of his FDs this way (they would be more likely to c/c turn I think)
    c) We block both NFDs, meaning he has fewer combos of those anyways.

In my mind, if we click it back it's to charge his pair+draw combos and such. These are hands that would be motivated to donk halfpot, partially for protection and partially to get to choose to see the river for a cheaper price.
