What a bad spot...

They don't open much 9sTs from UTG.
They flat almost all their pps facing the squeeze, because they love to setmine.
They can have QQ also, I doubt they go all-in preflop with it very often. But do they really raise it on the flop when you bomb it like that? I'm not too sure

If they play QQ like that you have to go with it because of money in the pot.

Board: 8sJc6s
Equity Win Tie
MP2 40.36% 40.36% 0.00% { AdAh }
MP3 59.64% 59.64% 0.00% { QQ-JJ, 88, 66 }

Really is MP because is 5max. QQ maybe he can have it but maybe at 50%? , sets yes have all. Then I think he can have KQss/AQss/AJss... So best to only call to see if the turn is a brick and can go to the SD? I think that push here is not very ev+

I think the flush draws never minraise, they call or (mostly) shove.

it's breakeven equity vs his call to 3b range from utg, making the grand assumption he is raising all his FD+SDs and TP+FD and sets.
It's obviously player dependant. vs these stats, he seems quite nitty so I would lean towards fold, but vs population I would say jam/call and jam non spade turns W/O the As and fold w/ the As

Jam

Your flop bet size doesn't make a lot of sense, and raising the flop with a set also doesn't make a lot of sense.

I jam, have 66... I am result oriented but prefer the call here to try to go sd cheaper

If you call, there is more money in the pot than in the remaining effective stacks before the turn cards rolls off! So the question seems to be do you want to play for stacks or fold.
