I think that this is donks' standard play for a flush with these stack sizes.
And he could have a Q pretty easily as well.

Although I guess it could be some kind of a semi bluff with one diamond, I saw fish c/r turn as a semibluff many times but not really on these boards. It's usually when they have a hand like second pair and they pick up a good draw on the turn. Like on a Qh 9c 7c board when the Th hits. I can see some donks c/ring there with the J or some heart draw + some pair.
But here... Maybe with Ad8x if he's capable of that? Idk I just don't see many hands that you beat here. Seems like a fold to me.

anyways, as for the hand.

i think this is a snapcall. he could have a pair with a diamond in his hand...but odds of him having you at this point is very slim. call it and ship it.
