I'm struggling with pocket pairs! I'm thinking a fold following the 3bet would have been correct. Do I call on the turn or give up?

Against a BB player with a half stack calling with 99 PF is borderline imo.. With pp's I prefer to either fold or raise and gii in these spots (prob TT+ or JJ+ though).
Calling pf and flop to fold brick turn against this guy is bad imo.

Eh. A call is really only worth it if we put him on a monster hand and we stack him every time we hit our set. And if he's loose, I'd rather just shove pre.

One of the best boards for 99, call/shove turn. Also as played 99 is almost top of your range.
