SB is confirmed fish after cold calling 3-bet and leading turn with such a small bet.

You have close to zero chances fold out his better hands since he is in 1-click-to-showdown situation.

If you have total air then you can start thinking about cheap bluff but with your Jx just check back and win some % of the time.

It's hard for you to be bluffing river. What draws did you have OTT that don't have at least a pair OTR?

You obviously want to bet KJs, QJs, ATs, JJ, T9s, for value OTR. Your blockers suck but since this is probably the worst hand or one of the worst hands you'll have (maybe TT, 99?), this will be one of the best bluffing candidates you have. Bet and bet big.
