Cutoff opens to 3x, Hero 3b to 9x, Cutoff calls

Flop: 2

(Pot: 19.5bbs)
Cutoff checks, Hero bets 12bbs, Cutoff raises to 27bbs, Hero ???

Reason for flop sizing is for the lolz.

We know we don't want to fold otf but do we want to call to keep ranges wide and induce bluffs or jam to deny equity in a very big pot?
