    PokerStars - $0.05 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 4 players
Hand converted by Holdem Manager 3

    BTN: $5.00 (100 bb)
    SB: $4.50 (90 bb)
    Hero (BB): $9.38 (187.6 bb)
    CO: $4.73 (94.6 bb)

SB posts $0.02, Hero posts BB $0.05

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.07) Hero has 5 5
2 folds, SB calls $0.03, Hero raises to $0.20, SB calls $0.15

    Flop: ($0.40, 2 players) 5 8 6
SB checks, Hero bets $0.29, SB raises to $0.58, Hero ???

Don't have info on the SB, but given the limp pre I would assume that on this board He has alot of draws. The question is:Is it reasonable to push all in here or a normal sized raise would be OK. My my main concern here is that lots of bad card can hit the turn and the pot will be too big to fold set(if I make normal sized reraise here, the pot will be around 3$ and the eff stack will be around 3). I know that may sound foolish but I have lost alot of big pots in these situations.

i'm just going broke as quick as i can. Fish could have two pair, overpairs, flushdraws, straightdraws. Would probably raise a cheeky minraise to try and induce a jam

    I would just jam it.
If it's a cooler then so be it (that's why you probably posted the hand).

One of the biggest things I had to learn about poker is that you can't play to avoid losing big pots in these situations. You have to stick your money in and if you are good, then great, if you are behind, so be it.

These min raises otf are weak 3bet min raise large and happy to to get the money in. You will see AA KK QQ J
J some fds combo draws and you want to be charging them.
