Preflop is marginal but given the odds it can't be too bad of a call.
Flop we have middle pair no kicker in a 3 way pot with overcards probably coming on the turn and river which will weaken our hand further. We aren't getting a good odds. Fold flop.
AP turn is fine.
AP just jam river BTN has half his stack in the middle already and may sigh call off with Tx, and overpairs. Cooler if he has a higher flush.

Folding this flop is horrible, pre is standard given odds, can 3bet aswell. Flop call is standard, backdoor flushdraw + backdoor straightdraw and any 4 or 3 probably gives us the best hand if we don't already have it. Like even if villain shows you aces you should call given implied odds.

As for the hand just call river Only worse I can see him calling shove with is aces or kings with a spade but no heart.
