I played with this villain for a while and he was playing like 70/7, very loose and fishy. He was showing lots of aggression post flop as well, but with this gutshot flush draw i wasnt sure if i should chase it...

If he's really aggressive postflop you can shove here, assuming he can fold junk like 55 or whatever.

We have like 0 FE here vs any sort of pair or draw. Raising or shoving would only serve to fold out his pure air.

So if we have 0 FE against any pair...we have implied odds from hitting the draw right?

Yes we have implied odds to call if villain calls us if we hit on the river.
