what about my line ? can i fold that lol?

He can play two pair like this or Kx flushdraw etc..
If he has AT its sucks but then again you got full outs and one for the quads

btw: turn raise can be a bit bigger

Villain could have a lot of 2pair or combo draw hands that he missed a flop check raise with. Even if he does have a straight (not sure a 16/13 guy is calling from the blinds with T9 so mainly AT) you have outs. You'd also expect him to 3bet the hands he would've hit a higher set with.
