Villain OTB is a weird reg who steals 52% of buttons and only folded to a resteal 1/8 times. The BB is a fish so I decide to flat and play multiway a lot where the reg has to be quite honest with this wide range?

As played would you lead and hope to get some value from the fish? Or would you ch/raise or ch/call this board?

I think it's a fold preflop. Playing multiway pots oop vs everybody will not be profitable imo.

Probably fold pre. Donk flop as played, dont want to lose value vs the fish

Again, sorry for leaving out stats, but the guys are the same as in the other hand.

BTN = 19/13 cbet 51%, open steal 52%, barrel turn 67% (9) and river 80% (5).
BB = 43/33 15% 3bet.

If I've got a hand like this from SB to a BTN raise I'm either 3betting or folding, as there are not many flops which are going to be good for us, and we are more likely to take down a small pot or lose a big one.

Given that villain isn't for folding the resteal then its a fold pre imo.

That said, as played I think we can donk flop for value v fish and give BTN the difficult decision. Only problem is, what do we do if we get raised? Are you happy to jam here? Vs fish or reg?

Work out if you wanna get it all in with your 2P or not and play accordingly

Definitely folding pre if the BB has 15% 3bet, although you don't mention sample size.

When action goes you>fish>PFR, you should donk.
When action goes you>PFR>fish, you should check.
