I'd bet the turn, he's calling any pair and any pocket and if he check raises you its an easy fold. When an overcard hits the river and he bets you're playing a guessing game.

the river isn't a v-bet without a certain dynamic (ie you always float this flop against this guy and you've been caught making bluff stabs on the river before). pretty much any hand that is going to call you is going to be bluff catching and this is a bad board to bluff catch against your range.

I think the river is too thin to bet unless the villain is prone to making bad hero calls, since you're basically never betting the river here as a bluff with your line, and he'll probably perceive your value-betting range to be something like two pair or better, so there really isn't any worse he can call with. Definitely bet the turn though, he can call with plenty of worse hands and there are a lot of rivers you don't want to see.
