My image : 20/17/3
Villain : 29/22/3

We have really been going at each other, his 3b % is 9 over 1.2k hands. My note on him says "Will 3 barrel with complete air, hates to fold"

Poker Stars, $2/$4 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
Hand History Converter by Stoxpoker

BTN: $633.60 (158.4 bb)
SB: $198.80 (49.7 bb)
Hero (BB): $445.10 (111.3 bb)
MP: $459.80 (115 bb)
CO: $188 (47 bb)

Pre-Flop: Hero is BB with A A
2 folds, BTN raises to $14, SB folds, Hero raises to $48, BTN calls $34

Flop: ($98) 6 7 5 (2 players)
Hero bets $60, BTN raises to $260, Hero raises to $397.10 and is all-in, BTN calls $137.10

Is this the preferred line here? Or is something like CRAI or c/c, c/shove safe turns better?

if he hates to fold then he might hit this board hard. but I think we still need to stack off here.

with JJ-QQ I would def C/C flop and re-evaluate the turn. Your equity just isnt that great to get it in on the flop.

with AA I guess B/C flop can't be horrible 100bb deep but C/C can be good too.

Wtf is up with villans sizing?

I wouldnt be able to fold this, might go for a CR though, since I will be checking and giving up on boards like this quite often.
