I would use b33 rather than b50 on turn but it's meh whatever
River I think ev of all 3 options at equilibrium would be equal; so I would use population tendencies to decide which actions will generate the most ev in the real world.
In my games I'm jamming as people love calling down light in 4bets pots at low stakes but not sure this will be the same at 25nl; think block may perform better and cause regs to jam some stuff they shouldn't be.
