at 2nl should I even be betting the flop here? this villain did 4-bet shove me an orbit or two ago he had KTo I called with AQ and won but in this hand I don't know... maybe I check-fold? seems kind of nitty, maybe we check call 1 street ?

OTF I c-bet because I think I have Range Advantage on any board pretty much, hoping to fold out his broad-way hands with no diamonds etc. OTT I check and I'm really sick about this I guess I have no choice to fold. I wonder how I could have played this better... maybe by choosing a smaller 4-bet sizing, and maybe just checking flop since villain probably isn't likely to fold anything decent OTF and we will be checking a ton of turns OOP with AK? thoughts appreciated.

You didn't 4 bet did you? Am I reading it wrong. He raised 2 limpers and you 3 bet him right? I wouldn't bet this flop ever with AKh personally.

yeah your right. I made a mistake lol, long day. I try to follow GTO to some degree, GTO c-bets from OOP very frequently in 3-bet pots I think the reason why is for balance since if we check , we will have a-lot of hands we can't defend down to river I think I was trying to implement that but in hindsight I don't think we need to be playing in that manner at my stakes in this situation. I think your right checking flop is probably ideal. what are we getting to fold right? like maybe some high-cards without a diamond?

my solver says as played, you have to call.

Probably because most of the money went in preflop/flop and gto has villain shoving flush/straight draws as well hands like some aq/aj. Even some pp's some % of the time. Dunno how realistic that is but this is 2nl.

You don’t have to feel bad about folding turn as long as you check some strong hands once in awhile.

Since BTN iso'd 2 limpers, their range will be more narrow. Definitely agree that we usually cbet this board but this is a different situation from that.
