I don't think you fold out as much as you think at 10nl, probably getting called by any king I think all you can realistically expect to fold out is TT-QQ. Plus when he calls on the turn what does that river change that makes him fold?

I don't mind it except I prefer flat pre vs CO

I don't like this bluff! He's got way too many strong hands and we're trying to fold out a very narrow range otr, probably 1/4 of which folds the turn

If you're betting with intention to fold out Kx, it's spew imo.

my intention is to fold out almost always TT-JJ, QQ if he flats it pre
regs should be able to fold KT and KJ otr some % of the time i think

He seems like a bad reg so not sure, otherwise it is fine imo.

Does anyone see a problem targeting the portion of an opponent's range that should fold when we have limited information? In other words what he should fold based on our ideas about the game could be quite different that what he will fold. 10NL generally speaking players will have difficulty folding any TP so imo it's generally best not to try to fold this out but rather to value against it lighter.

I don't like it. We block some AK, KQ, and flush draw hands....but flush draws completed OTT, and we don't have the most important club card, the A. TT and JJ can fold, but if we say we block KQ then we should also place QQ in that mixture as well. So we're targeting TT, JJ, KT, and KJ. Such a small, narrow range. Let's not forget that he could also have hands like A4x, or A5x who flopped a gutshot and turned the NFD. I guess the turn stab is ok, but once he flats and we unimprove, we've gotta fold with no SDV and a stubborn opponent.

And flat pre.
