I have a questions about this hand.

Was 3-bet the right choice when raised by BB on the flop?
Please tell me about two cases when you think about MICRO and when you think about it in general.

Villain definitely has 99, 44 and 33 in his range, and could be x/R-ing with 65s, A2s, A5s, maybe A4s and A3s as well? Maybe also 43s if that's in his BB vs EP flatting range .

I think he'll fold his draws way too much and we will be called only by 99, 44 and 33. Villain's JJ's and TT's (if he even flats them PF and x/R's as some sort of protection?) are not calling enough to get value with QQ.

If I really wanted a 3-betting range here, I would only do it with a set for value (you only have 99 here) and a A5s and A2s as bluff (if I think that makes sense vs. this opponent).

That's my take on this hand.

Calling the flop is better unless we're playing against a fish that's ready to go with A9.
Otherwise, we won't get called by worse hands on this dry board.

I think you only get called when you are beat here.

If there is a flush draw on the board it's ok (particularly diamonds or hearts since you unblock those) but on this board I would just call
