UTG: $4.42 (221 bb)
MP: $3.80 (190 bb)
CO (Hero): $2.29 (115 bb)
BU: $1.46 (73 bb)
SB: $5.11 (256 bb)
BB: $4.90 (245 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is CO with T T
2 players fold, Hero raises to $0.05, BTN 3-bets to $0.08, SB 4-bets to $0.28, BB calls $0.26, Hero calls $0.23, BTN calls $0.20

Flop: ($1.12) 6 T 3 (4 players)
SB bets $0.38, BB folds, Hero raises to $2.01 (all-in), BTN calls $1.18 (all-in), SB folds

My question here is about my flop shove - was that the most effective way to get value with the nuts here, or should I have just flatted the SB's c-bet on the flop? I was torn between the two options - shoving risks forcing everyone out of the pot, but flatting means letting him draw to hearts very cheaply, and my stack's small enough that if I don't shove on the flop, I can't raise without either giving the SB insanely good pot odds or leaving myself with a tiny amount behind to shove on the turn. Since SB 4-bet out of the blinds, it seems likely that he'd have fired again on the turn if I'd just tanked and then flatted his flop bet, but then if the turn was a heart I'd be in a tough spot.

I think your shove is fine. By raising less, you would leave yourself with a tiny turn bet, so i would shove as well.
I would fold pre to the 4bet though.
