I'm looking to improve my game at 2NL at Full Tilt. Is anyone else playing at these stakes and would like to team up? Also for those not interested, got any tips on improving? I usually just wait for fish to give me their money since way too many of them play way too many hands but I still think I'm making mistakes on extracting value on some of my premium hands. Whats the best way to improve? Also not to go question crazy but I've seen graphs of players results, how can I graph my results?

Thanks,
Skywalk3r

Read the stickies.

Read the concept of the week threads.

Post some hands.

Reply to some hands.

If you want to meet people to talk about hands, the monthly sweat sessions are a good place to start. Thread at the top of this forum.

For graphs and about a million other useful things:

www.holdemmanager.net

or

www.pokertracker.com

I think both have a small stakes version for a reduced price and both have free trials.

yep there are a few 2nl players on full tilt and we're all struggling. Some less then others. No matter, just check out the COTW's and I'll also be putting up a vid of myself 6 tabling 2nl for a review soon.

The best advice I can give you is to play on pokerstars. Alternatively if you can't play on stars (like myself) grind 2nl until you can afford either pokertracker micro stakes or holdem manager micro stakes. I did it and I feel like a baller. Haha!

If you want to beat 2NL on FTP, don't read the stuff on 2+2. I crushed 2NL without ever having heard of 2+2 other than as a publishing company.

I was going over my detailed stats the other day for 2NL and they are just weird. I seem to have no sense of position or starting hand requirements or anything. It's not until I moved to 5NL that I actually started playing something resembling ABC poker and started getting advice on here.

And yeah, I'm kind of kidding.

PM me. I'm helping one guy with ftp 2nl now, and I don't have the time he needs, so getting you two together might be beneficial for you both.
