lol, so you were thinking that AA has to win every time?

In a long term, AI with AA PF has to be profitable for you

no i don't think AA has to win all the time, i do think its a bad beat when my AA is cracked by another AA, which is why i put it in the BBV forum only to be flamed for:

1. Playing 2nl
2. Calling and not folding to the 5bet

So i put it in here to find out what it was i was meant to do, only to be flamed again for god knows ****ing what.

I'm trying to learn this game, i did what i thought was right. Got what i would call a bad beat and get flamed for it.

The outcome is imaterial, at the time pre-flop you had at worst the joint best hand if facing another AA, versus everything else you are favourite.

Getting money in the pot when you are favourite is what pokers about, so you got out drawn, so what, you win these some many more times than you loose.

Your opponent made the mistake and re-rasing your re-raise, your call/shove at this point is correct and will be everytime, heads ups.

I could find a fold here, especially if he's flushing preflop.

People act like idiots on BBV. If you're looking for honest advice, then don't post there.

Everyone here is flaming because your question is ridiculous, in all honesty. Even the fishiest of fish know not to fold AA pre.

You took a bad beat. Get over it. Move on to the next hand.

i really don't care that i lost the hand, i've had AA cracked by 32o before doesn't bother me, however i still consider it a badbeat.

All i was trying to do was find out if call his all in was correct or not.

i put it in BBV and was quickly told i was an idiot for calling, so i should have just folded after my 4bet and given it away.

When he went all in i figured he probbaly had AA and at best i would split the pot and pay .25 or so in rake getting back most of my stack. But i got out drawn.

All i wanted to know when i put it in here was if my all in call was correct or not.

The BBV forum seems to think it was wrong, i was just after some advice after being flamed on the actions i took.

At no place, no time, and no limit is it incorrect to call a shove pre flop with aces. Even if your opponent turns his hand over and shows you that he also has aces.

Level vs re-level from BBV? I hope so.

If you really want to discuss without getting flamed away, please post in the Beginners Forum
