CO is a solid reg. I have him at 25/20/3 over 334 hands. Only 4-bet I have from him was QQ. My image is also solid.
Pre I don't feel great calling but I have position. So lets see a flop.
On the flop with an overpair and backdoor straight draw I guess the play is to call.
On the turn I am not sure what to make of his small bet. Feels like QQ, KK trying to get value from JJ but at the same time being afraid of 99/TT.
River is interesting. His blockbet screams QQ/KK hating the river. So I have dirty thoughts about shoving. But, can I rep enough value?

you beat kqo with a diamond only, and it's a flop where 4bettor have to be cautious, you have potentially tt, 99, plenty of good equity draws on flop and turn, villain is just inducing river shove with this size, and you have terrible hand to shove. I doubt anybody is valuebetting worse or bluff ever with this river sizing

I agree. That's why I don't want to call. The question is "can I make him fold better"?
There is not much behind and I don't really have flushes in my range with Ad on board. Then again this is an underbluffed spot. Would be better to have Jd, I guess.

If his 3bet is only 3% I don't think he's a solid reg and based on his turn sizing. Against a normal reg, just 5 bet jam preflop and probably even against this guy.

I would raise the flop or turn to deny equity, unless you're certain they are so tight they only have overpairs, in which case fold.

On the river I agree with your logic and would fold, 88 and 77 would make better bluff raises if you 3-bet them preflop, or JT.

This hand is officially weird.

If I saw this play at 10z or below I'm probably raising turn and GII. I'm not touching that river tho

Preflop's 4bet calling would be fine as Js could still ahead lots of villain range (CO)
OTF, Js could consider raise or call as it is a vulnerable hand. Any A K Q OTT will kill your hand. you'd have sets or 2P that making the same move.

OTT facing a small bet, you should raise to deny villain AK AQ's equity. If facing a 3bet shove, you may consider call / fold mixing strategy depend on the SPR. You should better shove with your hands with K or Q of Diamond but better not Js
