Hello.
I have problems with wide range play OOP. Here is one of those problematic hands. Do you see some mistakes here in that hand?

PokerStars - $0.25 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players

CO: 189.16 BB (VPIP: 27.18, PFR: 20.53, 3Bet Preflop: 4.21, Hands: 504)
BTN: 304.2 BB (VPIP: 50.00, PFR: 25.00, 3Bet Preflop: 8.33, Hands: 24)
Hero (SB): 108.68 BB
BB: 100 BB (VPIP: 29.17, PFR: 16.67, 3Bet Preflop: 12.50, Hands: 24)
UTG: 110.96 BB (VPIP: 25.88, PFR: 19.96, 3Bet Preflop: 3.73, Hands: 469)

Hero posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has Q

fold, fold, BTN raises to 3 BB, Hero raises to 10 BB, fold, BTN calls 7 BB

What's the problem? Just bad runout for your hand. You will make money on other good runouts. Standard fold & forget.

I think you can cbet the flop btn 3bet calling range have very small number of Kx esp when we block KQ and board blocks KJ
I think hand is played fine

Dont we turn strong part of our range into bluff with if cbet? Which range do you think is good for cbetting and x/calling here? If we cbet like: AA-JJ,66-44,AKo-AQo,AKs-AQs,A8s-A2s,K9s-K5s,QTs-Q8s,J9s-J8s,T9s-T8s,98s-97s,87s-86s,76s,65s,54s

C/c KK and KJ all JJ some weak Kx
c/r JJ 66 and some bluffs like AQ AT esp with Ac and def c/f some super weak hands like 44

Most regs are betting their equity if drawing, and having villain try to bluff us with their weaker range would be a favorable result.

Not to say that c/c is better than betting flop, both are fine.
