I dont really fold QQ pf, I will with JJ in a multiway or 4 bet to a respected villain. I'm reading Arjoth with AA-KK or AK. I would like to see a flop cheaply but if I call here, short stack will shove or fold thus bloating the pot. Is it ok to call here and re-evaluate on the flop or just shove or fold pf?

Assign a range get poker stove and see wheather its worth shoving, btw it's defiantly fold or shove imo, folding is never terrible when you've got nothing committed. BTW find another table so many short stackers.

thanks, i got the ranges down pretty decently or for the most part, the top 5% or so when it does come down to spots like these. 9% 3 bet is pretty wide for a knit like him but he was 3 betting light before in BvB spots I believe but I am not 100% sure. As for folding preflop, I just never was in a multiway pot with QQ, I usually have KK which I will get it in but QQ is my deadspot where I am unsure.

As for short stackers, I really don't mind playing against them, there aren't too many good ones at 25NL so they benefit me pretty well as I play tighter and pop them anytime they bet out when I have TP or a good hand preflop but yeah I have bad table selection.

The player that worries me here is not the 3-better, but UTG, who is a 25/3 full-stack player raising it up from under-the-gun.
