You should cbet flop for small. As played x/c.
I have a 60hand sample of Fish CC 3bet ranges (from Ignition) and here is the range vs your hand on this board texture.
This range won't be exact but it gives you an idea of how far ahead you are.

Are you using drivehud still? How do I filter for opponent cold called OOP?

Go to "Population" and Add "Cold Call 3bet%" filter then look at the heat map:
I went to the fish filter and looked at the heat map, here is mine for my whole db under fish filter.
Here is whale filter:
This will give you an idea of how wide they are even if the range isn't perfect, they have a lot of middling hands.
I'd also look up the hand after 24hours as well.
