Villain is a 25/0 over 8 hands. We tangled once before where he limp called bvb and donk potted 2 streets, I folded.

Pre I normally raise to 1.25 or something, I was almost timed out so I just mashed the keyboard. Flop is standard..
Turn- Not entirely sure if this is a bad bet...I was trying to force him off a J or K as I can't see the T giving me any sd equity considering he c/c flop. 25 vpip and an utg limp-call suggests he'll have some high card combos so maybe I should just shut down and pray for trips or straight but I dunno.
River- This really got me thinking at the time. It looks like a fishy value bet but considering he insta donk potted a few hands earlier, it doesn't seem so strong. I've also been working on betting thin for value as I'm trying not to be such a weak fish. But what calls a raise that we beat? Then again it's 25nl and he's yet to open so he's not such a good player, shove it and fist pump when he calls with K2 ldo?
