Hero ?

Not enough hands on villain to tell me anything meaningful.

Is this triple-barrel territory, or was the turn bet spewage? It would be an easy check behind on the turn if I had position, but I'm not positive what to do here OOP.

Well he reraised you PF, so he now becomes the aggressor. It's a pretty weak 3 bet, so I would call for a flop. Check Call flop, as he is now the aggressor. By betting out I think you are a bit obvious in flush drawing. He probably has a smaller overpair to board. Reevaluate on turn, if he bets and gives you odds, call, if not I would fold that. As played, and can't see what hand he would 3 bet and flush draw with, so I think his calls on each street says he has something.

You're hand is good enough to call his 3bet pf oop.

Don't donk bet into him. His bet is valuable information to you. The other advantage is when someone is the aggressor pf behind you HU, a check allows you to gain position on him. If you get in the habit of almost always checking when you are oop and not the aggressor, people will eventually learn that a check on the flop doesn't mean, "I've got nothing, take the pot." You can play this aggressively or passively. If you want to be aggressive, a c/r is better. If you want to play passively, you'll call his bet.

As played, you have a choice of giving up or betting on the turn. The turn card is a blank. Your betting is saying over pair or maybe a set. If you want to continue, your bet is fine.

On the river, you're stuck. The river is also blank. If you shove, the pot will have about $37 in it and he'll be given about 3:1 to call. Since there were no draws that you didn't have that would 3bet, he's almost certainly going to make a crying call with his pair. Your only move is c/f.

Preflop call is fine. If he made a real 3bet, I'd probably let this go. At this price, I'm calling to hit a monster draw or 2pair/trips and have no intention of stacking off on an A-high or Q-high board.

We flop a monster draw. C/ring here gives us more fold equity and builds the pot faster when villain makes his likely cbet. If he doesn't cbet, we've gotten a free card to hit the nut flush. (cliff notes, C/ring here is much better than donking)

His flop flat puts you in a bad spot, and I think I'd check this turn and call if I got priced in. He likely has a high pair that he isn't folding, and now that you've only got one card left, your equity in the pot is halved.

The river is interesting, but it'd take a very specific type of villain (i.e. one who would be afraid of the board and realize that his 3bet priced you in to set mine with PPs, but who also wouldn't realize you'd most likely c/r flop with a set) to fold to a shove here. I c/f this river.

As I was posting this, it became glaringly obvious that a CR was the best flop move. Well, you know what they say about hindsight...
Thanks confirming that for me, everyone!
