AP i would snap call river as continuation of this well tought turn call, but i m nl 50 fish, so i m of little use for those stakes sadly, i would rather raise turn and then check call small river bet if villain arrive to river (doubt)

Raise turn vs that sizing.

Call river. He could be baiting you or just be block betting - definitely take a note either way.

raise turn, and it's obv fine to bet the flop with this hand lol.

also I think in practice pure 3 betting like 99+ here works better instead of mixing with 66-99 to 3 bet
