In my experience props are bad for the game initially, then over time they become good. the problem is in a public casino you just get the bad part. in a long running homegame/private game with a consistent lineup they are the nuts.

at a place like the commerce a pro will hustle a fish into props and then the fish will go from 80%vpip to 20%vpip as he focuses more on the props than the game. also if he runs bad at props or sleeps on a bunch of them his stack will slowly dwindle and he wont chip up because hes not paying attention to the game. i will go to the floor (quietly) and tell them to come and put an end to it.

I agree plus they're way too distracting especially if you're not in the prop, guys keeping terrible notes as to who won what and then the arguments about "4 hands ago I had blah blah blah" I'm sure it's much better in a reg game where everyone knows one another.

moderately silly question: if you hit a table share for a jackpot, do you count the gain towards your hourly? you have been paying into it every hand of your life, but perhaps it doesn't reflect your actual performance?

i doubt even a hand share would swing the hourly of a 5-10+ player with any reasonable volume that much, but seems like a logical way to approach it. thanks!

ya during raider games that bar turns into cholo central. its crazy how after the raiders left l.a. all the normal people dropped them and just treated them like the rams or w/e but ALL the gangbangers doubled down and have stayed amazingly loyal.
