Wich is the best moves in these spots in NL10 metagame??

Hand 1:

UTG Raises 3BB

HERO (BTN) Raises 9BB with A

BB Raises 31.5BB UTG fold

Hero .... ??????? Villain is 35/22 in 66 hands

Hand 2:

SB raises 3BB

HERO (BB) raises 9BB with AQ'off

SB raises 24 BB

HERO ..... ????? villian is a 28/22 in 450hands

wow that 3bet in hand 1 is huge. Do you know if that's Vs standard RFI sizing ? Assuming it is its an easy 4bet. Their are spots where AK is meant to flat a 3bet but BTN versus BB aint one of them. come to think of it not sure if AKs is ever meant to flat a 3bet

First hand if you not give a **** about balance you can fold, as you have no fold equity and villain is never doing this with worse hand, so after rake it's losing shove
2nd hand fold would be awfull if vlllain is not complete nit

H1-I dont think we can fold we have 42% vs QQ+AK so its close to 0 EV if he never folds but you get some folds so it should be +ev to jam at least.
