JTs is the bottom of our 3bet against UTG, and in many preflop charts, it is not recommended to 3bet this hand at all in these positions.
So it's definitely a fold to 4bet.

Usually 4bet from early positions is a premium range like KK+, part of QQ, AK.
Spoiler:

Against this range, I think checking would be a good play on the flop.

I'd rather call a 4bet with JTs than, say, AQo. Sizing/pot odds and position are in your favour. Seems fine to me.

Your hand obviously has no showdown value so betting is going to be the only way to win. I do wonder if this flop is such an "obvious" one for you to bet that you probably won't get many immediate folds. But your main target is AK and similar. With an open ender plus two overs, I think I lean towards a bet but taking your equity can't be terrible

Note that there's a fair chance that UTG holds one (or two) of your outs
