Not many hands on villian, he was 33/33/0 over 13 hands.
Worst part is preflop I was sizing another 3-bet on another table, this one pops to the foreground and I accidentally min3-bet click back

So given the misclick preflop, is this a fold on the river?

I checked turn because I wanted him to semibluff his straight and flush draws, and didn't want to get raise bluffed out with those hands if I bet. Is turn a check or bet?

Why are you checking the turn? As played I would probably call down river. If he has AA or a boat or a straight then unlucky and move on. Villain can easily have TT JJ or QQ here since you slowed down on the turn which means You can easily be having 66 or below or AK AQ type of hand.

It's not bad to c/c turn since you're OOP, but as played don't even think, just snap.

Your hand is ridiculously underrepped
