Folding river. The bluffs that make most sense for V on flop and turn are T9s or KTs (though neither of these are necessarily in V's pre flat range). T9 obviously completes OTR and KT checks back with like 100% frequency.

Given QJs is the only value we beat and there's only one combo of that and it rarely bets river for that size, we need a large amount of spew to make a call profitable.

x flop. also 40% is a weird size for your cbets on this texture.

As Rikk said, there's not much we can conceivably beat on river, so even though we are prob "supposed to" defend this, we should just fold.

I wouldn't fold turn though, V doesn't rep a ton for value here, and should be giving up blank rivers a decent %, so I think call turn/fold riv is fine.

I really struggle with why you shouldn't cbet this. You can get value from JT, J9, QT, 99-66. It just seems like a strong value hand.

I assume it's because we are oop?
