Villain is a good reg - VPIP: 25, PFR: 22, 3B: 14, AF: 4.7, FCB 97 Hands: 308

- whats a reasonable calling range here?
- Whats a reasonable 4bet range here?
- As played does calling flop/fold turn work? I figured that they are likely double barreling their air here too.

    Fold.

4 bet bluffs, AK, QQ+ PF.

Calling range for turn is anything that's a big draw or has AA beat.

Given the size of the raise I'd like him to have a bigger stack than that before I call here.

If villains decent, isn't he barrelling this one all the way with hands that you beat?

I think it's fine. Preflop he's restealing from BB and would be good know which is your image, anyway we have to consider the SB call so it's dead money, then it's more profitable for BB if you fold to his 3bet very often. If he's a good reg he could be doing that with the bottom of his range in order to polarize but then we would need see his fold4bet stats and the sample isn't big enough.

In conclusion I think we can take advantage of the position and then calling preflop could be fine. In that flop, and due to his agg stats I would raise in order to protect our hand from flushdraws and overcards.
