CO is 22/16/9 in 350 hands. I misclicked PF and only called. The SB was an insane 3 bettor but unfortunately didn't do so here. What are your thoughts on the turn now? Jam or flat and see a river? Thanks-

MP: 101.5 BB
CO: 117.96 BB
Hero (BTN): 122.26 BB
SB: 145.2 BB
BB: 76.24 BB
UTG: 205.65 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has K K

fold, fold, CO raises to 2.5 BB, Hero calls 2.5 BB, fold, BB calls 1.5 BB

Flop: (8 BB, 3 players) 6 K J
BB checks, CO checks, Hero bets 2.5 BB, fold, CO calls 2.5 BB

Turn: (13 BB, 2 players) A
CO checks, Hero bets 10.5 BB, CO raises to 29.5 BB, Hero?

I would just call and play a river. Jamming folds out his weaker hands that we would prefer he bet the river with.

I tend to agree with this, but how are you playing river? if a total blank lands for instance?

would bet bigger flop, shove turn. CO is gonna have a ton of AsXs/combo draws doing this, along with worse sets, two pairs, etc, all of which may not put in more money OTR unless they hit. with 16 PFR, villain might not have all QTo combos pre, which helps

I probably call most bets on river since I chose to keep his range wide on the turn.

Just call imo, if you Jam the only worse hand that calls is AJ, which might even fold. (excluding AK as you have 3 kings tied up)

Plus you have a spade so less reason to jam

That looks like a standard hand and outcome for me. Painful. At least I know I’m not alone.

Yeah pretty gross, I guess there wasn’t much way around it as if I shoved the turn I’m sure he’s calling and of course that’s what I want as a 95% favorite lol. But the misclick is what makes me mad, no excuse to make that error.

Misclicks happen from time to time, even to the most seasoned pros. Don't beat yourself up over it too much.

You played the hand perfectly, I think the flop bet is great too. You have nothing to be ashamed of and only stuff to be proud of playing the hand this way.

Pick yourself up and log back on. The next time this spot is going to happen they're going to show up with QT, board doesn't pair on the river, and you'll be even more frustrated, but again you would have played it perfectly and misclicks still happen. Remind yourself of this.

Finally, thousands of hands later, after you've made a great habit of picking yourself up and logging back on - you have measures in place to minimize misclicks and you're confident in your line no matter what the outcome, the poker gods dish our a river J and you finally ship it!

After calling pre hand is fine. Not shoving turn ever. His c/r isnt a thing in theory i dont think vs your large size specifically as QT is still in the range of btn calling range (though kk shouldn't be in there &#128514 Not shoving turn . Ofc snap river and move on. Id note villain c/r two pair there as its note worthy.

Might run this spot tomorrow though i will remove kk in the btn call range. Want to confirm his c/r isnt a thing from a gto standpoint
