Btw IP raises spade turns only 3%, so im not sure if we really worried about that too much.
Interesting, I’ve definitely seen turns where we have some leftover big bets. Usually when the spades on the board are high and block lots of IP’s flushes (this is especially true for EP vs BB because of range asymmetry). Not sure why we don’t see it here.

As for not being worried about raises, I think IP is only raising 3% because we have so many flushes in our small bet range. If we started betting big with too many flushes he would raise more for sure.

Perhaps I misunderstood you.
What I meant was in relation to more common 3betting strategies in which players 3bet more frequently for a smaller size. Removing JTs/KJs from their 3betting range and adding them to the calling range.

In other words, that's what the gto solution does in contrast with what I see others teach/practice.
