V line feels like value and with the pre flop raise I feel like he doesn't have all that much Kx worse than mine (although certainly a few suited combos that have a worse kicker -- but is he really going for value on the river with a worse Kx?) After I call the big turn bet I feel like river bets are hardly ever bluffs at these stakes.

Our TP essentially functions as a bluff catcher in this spot, as it doesn't beat any of the value hands within the SB range.
To bluffketch, we need to evaluate our opponent's aggression and potential bluffs in his range.
