I think your biggest leak is that he villan has been at the table for a few orbits and you have no reads.

But I would check it back without a read, which is why reads are so very very important. Look how much money you could easily be leaving on the table because you don't have one.

I would make a 1/2 PSB.

I would also bet more on the flop and the turn. If you had done that and villain calls both bets you are probably getting it in on the river.

Yes, agreed. I play 4 tables without a HUD, which is why I lack real reads. I tend to focus on the more active players and make notes as much as I can.

Guess I need to work towards a HUD...

You can get HEM free for 30 days and PT3 free for 60. If you put in any kind of volume at all, 90 days will be more than enough to pay for one or the other.
