What's with zoom players and positive red lines? What's with zoom players and positive red lines?

I'm on acr so only play reg tables

Have never played zoom

It seems like whenever a zoom player posts their graphs they have positive red lines.

I'm assuming this reflects some difference in how you should play in zoom pools that lead you to play more aggro.

Anyone with experience is both that can explain? Considering I may switch to zoom at some point and ACR intends to release "Blitz" in the next few months I guess

Play is the same, decent red line is just an indication that you know when to bluff, fold, call, value bet etc...

Winning players post graphs, zoom is harder to beat, need to be a better player to beat zoom, often winning zoom player has a decent red line. There are also very good players with losing red line.

I agree zoom is harder to beat. Although there is something to be said for using a HUD correctly.

Red line doesn't mean much in it of itself. I think W$WSF is usually a good indicator of postflop skill.

Play is far from the same, on the regular table you play more hands vs a rec, you gonna cold call more hands because of the rec and it is normal the red line goes down.

Agree. Play is far from the same.

I lost something like 5-7bb/100 in red line at $25nlz lol. Red line matters not.

edit: also not saying that my play was optimal or that I was good. just that you can be a decent sized winner without a red line even close to winning.

Considering you should do a whole lot of overfolding, i dont see how its possible/recommended to have a crushing red line at the micros.

First you should not do any overfolding, second folding and red line while connected are not why people have bad red lines.

Bad red lines are result of not value betting thin enough, not folding early enough, not fighting for the pots, playing passive especially preflop cold calling 2/3 bets and so much more.

Having losing red line is ok, having just nose diving red line is bad and you should find leaks where you are hemorrhaging money.

I have a nose diving redline and I have been winning 5bb/100 for a long time
My WWSF is 50 too.

Pretty much this and also cbetting less in a lot of spots but firing more barrels instead.

Depends also, if you table select/bum hunt makes more sense to have a losing redline as harder to run over recs.

Different approaches vs reg population leaks can result in + redlines

Vs regs with any type of spaz I just don't fold any reasonable bluff catchers. Vs regs you have to over fold a lot of spots.

it's the ones who have positive red lines who are likely to post their graph to flex. Which is kind of stupid unless their winrates are really good. I would way rather flex with 6bb nose dive red line than 2bb crushing red line.
