check a lot in general, your value range should be tighter especially on more connected flops

This forum is great place to learn but investing in a decent poker book is probably not a bad idea.

Except in the case of high paired cards like qqx and jjx, we should be betting paired boards at a very high frequency when IP and mixing when OOP.

Flops like KKx, QQx and JJx, especially with no FD on board are pretty much the best cbet flops when you don't have a hand, even against multiple opponents. It's very difficult for them to have a hand there. Of course, they might realize that you're unlikely to have a hand as well and thus re-bluff raise but that's rare in the micros.

AAx is horrible though as people tend to overplay Ax hands and they have trips or better here a bit too often. Depends a bit on the opponent of course.

The exact x card might be meaningful as well. Medium cards like a 7 or an 8 are very good since it's much more difficult to call with eg. 66 on KK7 than a KK2 board. And if they do call you have a few more outs with a hand like JT on a KK7 board vs 66.

When I mean check a lot, I don't only mean the flop.
