I'd been at the table for about 10 hands and I'd picked up a lot of good hands in that time so I'd 3bet 2 or 3 times already and raised a few other pots and picked them up every time without show down.

Raise bigger OTF so you can set stacks for a shove on the turn.

if raise bigger otf then we have to go with it if he shoves right? Sucks because we're always crushed when that happens.

      Interesting spot.
Since you didn't give us info how many hands do you have on this opponent, I'll have to assume just that he is a regular player.
If you don't have any notes/reads this is my thought process here:
Your sizings on every street are made to get the whole stack in (according to eff stacks from pf) on the river if we don't get any raise.
That's excatly why your play should be adjusted according to board and range of opponent.
So in this case I would c/f river, because It is according to the plan,
you avoid getting stacked if it gets messy till the river and as you figured it gets
Now on the other hand, if you 3Bet preflop 4x instead of 3.5x the pot OTF would be 2.45. So you bet the whole pot. Why would you do that? Because I believe that there are Ax and Axs and possibly some FD hands that doesn't fold that flop. So OTT pot is around 7.5 and remaining eff stack is 6.5 if I am not wrong. So you get it in before river.
If he called you OTF w Axs or Ax or any FDs he won't fold OTT. So I think that's more +EV play in the long run also 'cause you avoid bad river cards for you.

first, for me depends in how likely are villains to call, standard 3bet is x3.
second, i don't know about that raise, ild preffer calling and folding turn if I don't improve, I'ld call an all in if I hit a pair ott, the all in is not bad at all tho because we are ahead of TP there, but, his raise makes it seen as he has more than TP, maybe 2P, a straight, a pair and draw, also, he's posibly to have some of our outs

Just started playing rush poker, micro NL at Full Tilt. So far (3000+ hands), my bankroll has grown, and my PT3 stats show:
      VPmIP: 18.79
      PFR: 12.13
      WWSF:44.50
      WTSD: 18.32
      WmSD 58.57
      AF: 3.58
      AFq: 52.09
      3Bet: 3.21
      Foldto3B: 78.57
      AttSt: 30.23
      Fold BB to St: 77.78
      Fold SB to St: 83.02

Am I on the right track? Room for improvement for sure? Obvious leaks or wrongdoings? I don't think my play in the later streets is very good ...

Grateful for any comment. Thx in advance.

Gap between Vpip and PFR is too big and 3% 3bet is a bit low. Also you might want to play a couple more hands as 3k isnt a very big samplesize and variance could greatly affect these stats.
