What we are:

- An active study grp of winning 50nlz+ Regs of about 5-6 PPL currently

- Actively talking about the strat of the game, the general news and gossip in the poker realm, poker related philosophy, population reads / leaks / things, other regs in the pool and a decent bit of random philosophy talk / debates


What we are looking for:

- ACTIVITY ! That's probably the most important thing you have to offer, if you are inactive or just a lurker pls don't even bother
We are generally kicking ppl. that are just lurking / that are inactive

- Don't be one of those guys that is hardstuck in theory-paradigms, things like "but I have to bluff SOME HANDS" "but I'm at top of my range"
"but I have to hit my MDF here vs this river check raise line" "but I have to have some 5bet bluffs vs unknown" well if those are things you are likely to say,
we probably won't fit :P

- Don't bring a big backage of ego-issues! So many players in the realm of poker have such giant ego-issues and it's just extremely and obnoxiously destructive for learning purpose and it just destroys the mood and helps no one

- Be at least a 50nlz Reg

- It would help if you generally are a funny and engaging person some banter and jokes are pretty mandatory

looking to a join/create a micro study group with the main focus being tournaments.

I don't know if I want to start a 'study group' as such, but I am looking for someone to discuss hands, maybe do some sweat sessions. Someone who plays most days. I'm currently playing 5nl but will be at 10nl pretty soon once the bankroll gets there.

I beat 2nl Zoom for around 11bb/100 and I'm currently doing very well at 5nl (albeit the sample is less than 20k hands so far). I expect to be able to beat 10nl Zoom for at least 2bb/100 when I get there.

Last 2 months results:



Vast majority 4-6 tabling 2nl Zoom to get the bankroll up as fast as possible. I've reduced tables to 2 and focussing more now.

I play almost everyday, averaging around 3hours/day. Currently a member of a small group but it's pretty inactive, so looking for someone who actually plays regularly and actually wants to improve and move up.

Hi guys, I'm interested in joining a community of players who want to grind and improve at the game we all love.

A little about me:
I'm 19, working a full-time job but playing/ studying 4-5 hours a night and all weekend. I just had to reset my bankroll after playing live cash for a few months so I deposited $200 and am just trying to grind it up with proper (if not somewhat aggressive) bankroll management. I have plans to live cash again after the summer and also buy PioSolver if/when I get back to 25NL +

I've been looking to start/ join a group like the ones on the thread but none of my friends play poker so it's been hard. I'm just looking for a group that I can ping hands into as well as do my best to offer advice/ my insight into other people's hands/ sessions. Also happy to sweat and be sweated for everyone's benefit.

Happy to discuss other things with people, such as mindset (both at and away from the table) and lifestyle. However, I won't be discouraged if you have an exclusively poker group.
