I'm looking for four members to join our skype group.

We currently have a group of four players, all winning players at 10nl with goals to move up out of the micros and into small / medium stakes.

We all put in a lot of volume and play and sweat most days, we're looking to have a close group of eight players to generally talk poker, discuss hands and take part in sweat sessions.

We're looking for really active players of similar stakes who will contribute and take part as much as we currently do. PM me with a bit of info about yourself if interested.

I'm looking for a 6 max study group. I will start play nl 10-25 from tomorrow but i have good experience in sits. I also have read lots of books, articles and see video to play cash. I can play a lot in this period and i think i can give a good input in discussions.

Alright, after haven given it some thought and reading through available info, I've decided I'd like to set up a specific study group if people are interested.

I've been playing poker since 2008-2009 parttime, with several breaks and a few months fulltime somewhere inbetween, eventually I had to cashout entire roll for living expenses tho. Lately I've been playing more again, built up a roll first through SnGs (easy roll buildingz) then moved back to cash games since I believe there's more to be had there.

Used to play FR, moved to 6-max. Am a winning player at 10NL 6-max, 10NL FR and 25NL FR (in the past), slightly winning/breakeven at 25NL 6-max, but have a small sample size there since I only recently started playing there.

Now comes the important part. In the past, I've shortstacked 10NL/25NL FR. When I got back to playing not too long ago, I noticed Stars introduced 20BB CAP tables. At first, I thought they were the most idiotic thing ever. A friend of mine I recently spoke with though mentioned that it's similar to shortstacking, but the majority of players are unaware. I then sweated him / railed 50NL/100NL CAP tables, and noticed there's ALOT of fish there, and relatively few regs, thus money to be made!

Now, SSing relies mainly on +EV spots and mathematical decisions, so for those looking for 'real poker' this might not be as interesting. Even to me, it's more like a side-option. To be honest, I'm not planning on focusing 100% on SSing or stopping at CAP games in the future, but it seems profitable at the moment. Searching through this forum, I noticed there's not much information or strategy available, instead I came across alot of criticism on CAP tables and their profitability, especially concerning the high rake (almost always pay the 5% since you rarely reach the rake cap). Still, there seem to be a few good players making 2-4PTBB/100 at CAP tables, plus the Stars VIP bonuses (FPPs etc.), which will be WAY higher playing these tables.

I suppose this is mainly aimed at those of you already trying out 50NL-100NL CAP tables or willing to take a shot at them currently playing 25NL (and maybe 10NL), cause they should be accessible seeing how a full BI at the 50NL tables for example is only $10. Would be useful if you had any SSing experience, but not a necessity.

25nl6max slight winner over a large sample that always goes through the heater-cooler-tilt cycle looking to get out of the cycle from 25nl to small stakes (6max).

Was a winner at FR up to 50nl (5ptbb/100 over 30k hands). also experienced at hu. Started with tournaments (including binking a50k guaranteed on stars for 9.5k when just started out).

I am going to redeposit after a break today , I work hard, read alot, watch videos (doing a DC membership this week as well) and I want someone who has over 25k hands at least and is breakeven at least at 25nl or higher to work with in a study group.

cashed out all roll and have since farted abt crushing nl10 to then play drunk and destory my roll, build it again and do it again, this has happened like 4 times in 3months! 2xparty poker, 1xftp, 1xongame. in total ive drunken give away approx 600$. all built up from nl10/rb. i stopped pokers from jan - apr this year due to new baby in the house and new job.

I play on PS. HU and 6max cash games. Have ~8bb/100 NL50 HU over ~100k hands, and 2bb/100 NL50 6max over 60k hands. Currently had to move down to NL25 6max and have 10bb/100 over 10k hands.
