The turn seemed like a good card for my range, now I'm not so sure. Also think I should've used a 1/3 as villain's range is very capped.

bet flop, variety of sizings are fine

Turn is whatever, he probs has a bit more Qx than you. Reopening for 1/3 is fine so is 70%.

Yeah, it's a pretty good turn card for your flop checking range, but only in the sense that you should be c-betting the flop at a high frequency, and among the hands you don't are AQs and QJs (2 whole combos of each!). It kind of depends if you 3-bet AQo by default in BBvCO. (I don't, but I might be in a minority). Villain also has some Qx, but more than you, as he can have AQo and QTs as well as AQs/QJs, so it's kind of a wash.

Multiple sizings should be fine here. I'd tend to go smaller, as villain shouldn't float with underpairs.
