What do you think about raise otf? I felt my hand was too strong to call. I also thought by raising I could slow down future action. I also thought by raising I could better put HJ on a range. Tried to keep raise on the small size for pot control.

Should I have fired ott? I think this is where I made a mistake. It seems like raising then checking doesn't make a lot of sense. Once V bets I think I have to call 1/2 psb ott.

What do I do on river? Villain looks over-aggressive but only have 38 hands of information.

There's a good chance AsXs or any flopped flush for that matter would 3bet the flop, I don't think he has too many flushes. Sometimes he might slowplay AsJs/AsQs, but those would likely bet the turn bigger instead of betting relatively small on the turn and betting very big on river.

His only natural bluff is As, but it might check the turn to take a free card sometimes. The only thing is how many offsuit aces does he open from HJ? Maybe AsTx/AsJx/AsQx? Maybe a merge bluff with AsKx. Although AsKx should be checking back the turn. So let's say 10 bluff combos.

The 9 on the turn is the worst card apart from a fourth spade. 8 QJo combos with the queen or jack of spades got there. The mistake in the hand is the flop raise: I'd rather you x/c instead of making a small raise. Your flop checkraise was so small he could still have any hand he bet the flop with that had equity. If you raised bigger we could discount all his QJo combinations entirely except for QsJs exactly and you'd be facing 7 less value combos on the turn.

55 would play flop the same but probably bet bigger on the turn to price itself into a call if you check shove. QJo would likely bet 1/2 pot on the turn, then jam river once it realizes it's good vs. your hand.

I think this is a call. You need 9/(8+18)=34.6% and you have that if we give him 8 QsJx and QxJs combos and 5 slowplayed flush combos vs 10 bluff As combos, you should still call.

I don't like check-raising the flop with this hand. I'd just use nut flushes and NFDs. Even bottom set and some low flushes should probably just call on the flop.

River is really tricky, as villain reps the nuts and the nut flush blocker. He's completely polarized to nuts and air. If you have flushes and sets in your range, those are your calls. Top two is presumably a fold. I'm not really sure. I never end up playing for stacks in this spot unless I have nuts or air myself.
