I would fold here. You are drawing to 2 outs if the villain has AhK. He can also have some made flushes. He also has 6 combos of KK which we are dead against. If he sequzeed with 33 pre we also are drawing to 2 outs.
To continue in this spot you have A5s in your open defend range a fair bit. You have some made flushes and you have Kx hands that you can defend depending on the suits.
Kx would likely be a worse hand to call than this one (in the event that he jams thin with AK of his own cause he can't stand seeing a heart otr)
