Hey that’s a gigantic overbet. Unless I read wrong he’s betting 85.64 into 17.5. You don’t need to call him to often to play this spot profitably. I think on the button as a call you could probably have ace 4 suited,45 suited, ace jack (once in a while), and jq which are all much better hands to call with. Though I think maybe given the size of the overbet you could make your calling range even thinner. Maybe just 45 and ace 4. But I certainly think that it’s a pretty profitable fold to fold ace 3 in this spot.
I don’t know your button calling range and how many calling combos you might have, also I do not know if villain is completely insane but I think unless one of those things really changes the nature of this hand you should probably fold.

if V is utg and you are btn, 3b pre should make more money that flatting vs this guy
just fold river, guy bets 5x pot, you don't have a strong hand, don't overthink stuff
