What's my line here as played? Also, any thoughts about how I should have played it if you think something is lacking?

Would call with blockers to all the draws and decent equity.

Why are we leading the flop? I would just check to UTG and go from there. As played I'm calling turn and likely check-folding river unimproved if the villain fires again.

+1 don't like the lead on the flop at all. Check/call seems standard

call and reevaluate river and possibly fold if don't improve on river.

I think he has straights w 76s and JTs, sets, and 2 pairs and also semi bluffing higher fd like Ad8d,AdJd.
