If I'm planning on going with it, I think I would bet bigger ott to set up a slight overbet river shove.

I think our showdown value went out the window when Villain called our turn Overbet. If I had made it a more normal sized bet, you have a strong argument though.

I have 2 bet sizes on flush draw turns. A smaller 50% sizing and a polar Overbet size. So I split my range yes. I’m never betting K

Would rather just check back the river now that we picked up some showdown value. Most stations aren't folding Qx. We beat missed draws. There also aren't as many missed FDs here since we have Ad. Not sure what kind of value we get out of betting other than a bluff. If we know villain can fold AQ/KQ, then maybe we get him off of it, but most people at these limits are snapping that off. What else are we hoping he folds?

So thought about this a little more last night while falling asleep and then again just now. I think if you use this size otf and ott, you'll have to split again otr. QQ/TT, dont want to 2.5x jam otr, imo. They would likely want to jam if it were like 1.5x though which is why I go a little bigger otf & ott. We're getting owned of course by diamonds, there's nothing we can do about that, however, if I am polarizing, I want the rest of it going in otr with my whole value range which I feel like I want to include QQ/TT as the bottom. This makes sense to me anyway.

That's good you came to that conclusion on your own. My coaches advocate a 1 size flop/2 size turn/2 size river strategy as a general rule and this hand is no different.

Like you said, if we have sets we don't want to overbet shove to isolate ourselves against Villains strongest parts of his range so a smaller bet makes sense.

And an overbet makes sense when we are bluffing/have the nuts to maximize fold equity/maximize value.

In theory we have to call since I don’t think we can only call flushes for MDF. As an exploit to to population tendencies and the fact that most players aren’t good enough to XR river here as a bluff I’d fold.
